Clocktower Property Ltd buys homes in its own name and, when the time is right, sells those same homes. Between the two, the house is ours.

How a purchase starts

We ask for the address and whether anyone is living there. Then we walk the rooms in daylight. If the house is one we want, we buy it. The purchase is in our name.

We do not hunt for a buyer on someone else’s behalf. If you want to offer a house to us, use the contact page.

When one of our houses is for sale

Only a house we already own is offered. A viewing is at a time we set. We answer questions about the rooms, the heating, and the outside from what we have seen ourselves.

If a house is not ours, we say so straight away. We do not charge a fee to advertise a home that belongs to another person.

Before anyone travels

For a house you hope we will buy, send the address and a few photographs if you have them. We agree a time. We do not turn up unannounced.
